Friday 8am - 10pm (Events Planned 9am - 6pm)
Saturday 8am - 10pm (Events Planned 9am - 6pm)
Sunday 8am - 10pm (Events Planned 9am-2pm)

Compensation is per day by role.
All staff members, including those accepted as Standby or for partial days, will receive a full weekend event badge.

Floor Judge - 250$ CAD
Half Day Floor Judge - 125$ CAD
(All Levels Past & Present)

Admin Roles  - 300$ CAD
(Prize Wall, Registration, Scorekeeper)

Floor Lead - 350$ CAD
(All Levels Past & Present)

Thursday Prep - $150 CAD

Game Keeper Store Credit alternatives are available on site if interested.

If the above rates aren't feasible we also offer the option to tell us what you would need to facilitate joining us.

All staff members are independent contractors of the event and should plan accordingly.  This includes coordinating your own travel and hotel needs.
