~You must supply your own tables and chairs . Spaces are 10 ft by about 5 ft.
~You can display some stuff on the floor. The mall just asks that it is neatly done.

~You MUST supply your own tables and chairs
~You MUST tuck stuff underneath your table that is covered by tablecloth for storage. Nothing can be left outside the table where it can be seen.
~You MUST have a black linen tablecloth that goes to the floor on all sides. (mall management rule).
~Set up begins at 11:30 am (NO EARLIER).
~We are looking for a variety of crafters and vendors. So we may limit the amount of vendors and crafters who sell the same type of items.
~The event begins at 1 pm.
~You MUST be signed in by 12:30 am or your space will be forfeited.
~The event will be until 6 pm. You MUST stay set up the entire time.
~No table sharing. Only one table per company.
~Direct Sales vendors are limited to one per company.
~If more than one representative applies the one whom pays their invoice first will be the confirmed vendor.
~After filling out the registration if you are a selected vendor you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. The invoice will be from Square and sent to the email you list below.
~Once your fee is paid your name will be listed here as a confirmed vendor. You can check back here to confirm we received your payment. Payments are usually updated every 24 hours.
~Once your fee is paid there are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
~If the event is cancelled for due to a government shutdown, a pandemic, natural disaster, bad weather etc. reasons that are out of our control the vendor would receive a credit in the amount they paid for the event. The credit can be used on the reschedule date if there is one or on any other event hosted by Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company (added 3-23-2020)
~Electric is available but limited. On a first to pay basis. So please only select electric if it is absolutely needed.
~The event is upstairs and downstairs. You can choose which floor you would like to be set up on.
~Vendors will receive an email the week of the event going over the event details about set up.
~We will hand out 150 swag bags. You can advertise in these bags for an additional $25 if you are a vendor the day of the event. If you are not a vendor the day of the event the fee is $30.
Items are due September 10th . You can include items such as business cards, samples, coupons, fliers, etc. Items can be sent to P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562 or they can be dropped off at an event prior to the deadline.
~The event will be advertised throughout the mall, on social media, event calendars, at prior events

We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
