Thank you for your interest in getting more involved in building the future for RadDiscord! As a Power Rad, you will play a unique role in the continued development of the RadDiscord community and represent the members of this community. This position allows greater opportunities for networking outside of your institution, collaborating with other residents and educators, and most importantly having an impact on shaping the future of radiology education.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diverse group of residents across all classes, institutions, and background. This is a rolling process, you may apply at any time during the year. For Power Rads who are PGY4s and above, you will also have the opportunity to run for greater leadership roles, such as the President and/or Historian.
As a Power Rad, your role is to vote on key decisions that impacts the RadDiscord community. You may also get involved and serve as one of the Director positions [e.g. Director of Operations, Public Relations, Organized Education, and so on].
