Set Up (Day Before)
Helps collect the tables for the event. Ensure that all tables have been notified of the check-in process.

Set Up (Day Of)
Decorating the space, moving heavy tables/equipment. Coordinating setup of tables and other tasks as needed before the event begins.

Check In/Help Desk (Day Of)
Sits at the Check-In table to for all vendors/tabling groups. Helps answer any logistical questions for tabling groups, or patrons.

Attendance Counter (Day Of)
Takes turns counting attendance with a clicker at the top of the hour, by walking around or by waiting near the entrance.

Photo Booth Station Assistant (Day Of)
Stays by the photo booth to help troubleshoot the polaroid camera, and takes photos in front of photo booth.

Snack Station Crew (Day Of)
Ensures that the snack zone is clean and organized. It will not be a potluck this year.

Band Coordination Assistant (Day Of)
Helps the organizers with tasks related to the music and band. This may include introducing the bands, or helping switch between performers.

Clean Up Crew (Day Of)
Cleans up at the end of event. Helps to pick up trash, decorations, and lift equipment/tables into cars.

Amateur Photographer (Day Of)
Takes photos of the event. NOTE: You don't need a fancy camera, or to be experienced, just capture a few moments of joy. We are in the process of getting a professional photographer as well.

Float Team (Day Of)
Helps out with tasks that arise as needed, including helping to coordinate table setup/check-in.
