The Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council seeks volunteers interested in helping to maintain Carlton Avenue as an Open Street under the program authorized by the City of New York. (More information about Open Streets is available at https://www1.nyc.gov/html/dot/html/pedestrians/openstreets.shtml).

Volunteers are sought to help place barriers at 8AM Mondays-Fridays, and remove barriers at 8PM Mondays-Thursdays and 4PM Fridays. The City's Open Streets Program is currently authorized indefinitely.
