You may use this form to give preliminary info on your grant request, so that Arts Mid-Hudson can screen your request and identify potential items that need to be addressed prior to submitting a complete application.

Please Note: If you plan on applying for more than one grant please register each request individually.  You will be able to complete another registration at the end of this submission.

As this is a preliminary registration process, you will be able to change information during the actual application submission.  This registration process does not obligate you to submit an application, and failure to submit an application following this registration will not negatively affect any future applications submitted by you or your organization.  

This form will remain open until the deadline for the Decentralization Grant Program which is September 25, 2019. Submissions to this form that are received prior to September 10, 2019 will receive a response from the AMH Grants Team with feedback and/or questions based on the information submitted here. You may continue to submit to this form after September 10, and the AMH Grants Team will provide feedback, time permitting.
