Please fill out the information below for EACH STUDENT in your household that attends Advanced Technology Academy. Submission of this form implies compliance with the policies and procedures in the 2024 - 2025 Student Handbook. This form must be submitted in the Main Office by March 31, 2024.

Any student(s) who do not return a re-enrollment for by the deadline will NOT BE CONSIDERED as returning to ATA for the 2024-2025 school year and will FORFEIT their position in the school. Your position will be filled by another applicant and you will have to re-apply as a new student and may be placed on the waitlist. Open Enrollment for 2024 - 2025 BEGINS on February 14, 2024 and ENDS on March 29, 2024. If all slots are filled during this time, your student will be placed on a wait list.
