Approach the wall as you normally would, flip and land feet on the wall at a 90 degree angle.  Hold this position with streamline arms for approximately 1 1/2 - 2 seconds and then push-off.

Close your eyes and visualize doing the best freestyle and backstroke flip turns you have ever done!  If you make a mistake or believe you can do it better, then do it again.  Feel yourself moving thru the water, you see the flags or the "T" on the bottom of the pool; flip over, nice and tight, small as a ball, feet landing on the perfect spot, arms in streamline as you blast off the wall!
