In this form you'll be subscribing for the Saint Nicholas drink on the 1st of December, 19:00. The form consists of two sections: in section one you'll provide your personal details and in section two you'll be asked to fill in a questionaire. This is so that the Spartan who will write a poem for you can get to know you a little better.
