Due to COVID-19 health restrictions, PMIWIC's 2020 Professional Development Day has been rescheduled to Monday, August 24th, at the Galaxy Event center.  Please complete this form if you are unable to attend, and require a refund accordingly.  

IMPORTANT!  Refund requests will only be accepted through June 30th.
