Participants will find a safe, supportive environment facilitated by a leader familiar with the challenges of being a parent.

The parent is understood to be the expert on their baby and family needs. If support or counseling is needed beyond the scope of what is offered in the group, resources will be provided; however, it is the responsibility of the parent to make the contact and proceed with outside care as necessary.

Confidentiality
Everything that is said in our time together is confidential and won’t be shared with anyone outside this group, with three exceptions: If there may be harm to a child, or an elderly person or if you are thinking of hurting or killing yourself or someone else, we’d have to share that with people who can help us reestablish safety.
