Ensuring that all students feel a sense of  belonging is a key part of EAB's strategic plan. Is it our goal to ensure that all students, staff, faculty, and parents feel belonging on our campus. Dr. Derrick Gay is an international thought leader, scholar, educator, and strategist who consults with schools and organizations around the world. He has consulted with numerous schools in Brazil and Latin America, including Graded, EARJ, Pan American School of Porto Alegre, Colegio Nueva Granada, AMISA, Tri-Association, among others.

Dr. Gay will visit EAB on December 1st and 2nd to work with our community. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to engage with this topic as a community. There will be plenty of time built in for discussion and questions.
