Please list the names and (ages of any children) in your family or group attending the festival together. If you signed up for a double room and you have not listed any names you will be assigned a roommate.
How will you travel to the festival and are you interested in chartering a van from the airport? A four day parking pass is included in registration.
Dietary needs
Special Diet Details
Currently all the dorm rooms have the bed frames set very high, to allow storage under the bed.  This can be a problem for people with physical handicaps, so the university can hire student workers to adjust the height of specific beds if notified ahead of time, and there would be a charge of approximately $15 per bed.
