Summer Reading Buddies 2022: Little Buddy Application

Thank you for your interest in the Scugog Memorial Public Library's Virtual Reading Buddies Program for Summer 2022! Please fill out this form if your child is interested in being a Little Buddy this summer and is going into grades 2-5 in the fall. This program is perfect for kids who could benefit from some encouragement to continue reading to maintain their skills over the summer months. Each Little Buddy will be paired with one Big Buddy volunteer for the duration of the 4-week program. Every Big Buddy is a high school volunteer who has completed a training session on how to be the best big buddy possible for your child.
We hope to accommodate all registrants, but registration will be dependent on availability of volunteers.

Each meeting will take place for approximately one hour in person at the Scugog Memorial Public Library. Sessions will take place on Thursday evenings from 5:00pm-6:00pm in the Rotary room. Dates of the sessions are as follows: July 21st, July 28th, August 4th, and August 11th.
