We're looking for what we call "Janitors." Ideally, we want people who can be active in different time zones and understand the sub's theme/humor.

Janitors can:
- Remove posts that directly break the rules
- Ban people for up to 15 days (based on per-rule guidelines)
- Work closely with other mods to remove unfitting content
- Vote on and discuss meme bans

Janitors will NOT be able to:
- Permaban users (exceptions are made in certain scenarios)
- Remove posts that do not DIRECTLY break the rules
- Make changes to the sub, such as style, pinning posts, etc.

Janitors will mostly be active in /new, as this is where most low quality memes slip through.
