Please be sure to complete this form no later than July 21st at 11:59 PM in order to register and be eligible for tryouts.  Tryouts will take place on August 10 and August 15, 2023.

There is a $50 tryout fee and an additional $650 due ON OR BEFORE July 21st.  If fees are not received, player will not be able to tryout.   (If a player doesn't make a team, $650 will be refunded.). The $50 tryout fee is non-refundable.  If a player secures a spot on either team but chooses to not accept that spot, the entire $650 fee will be forfeited.  All payments (for both registration and equipment orders) should be made by indicated deadlines on the Vista Booster Club Link : https://vistagoldeneagles.sportngin.com/register/form/847719202
