We are excited to offer this movement class accessible to all ages and all bodies. These classes will help you find your physical, emotional, and spiritual center through slow and relaxed Tai Ji Quan, strengthening, balancing, stretching, posture, and breath work.
Instructor: Ron Missick
Ron has over 10 years of experience in teaching mindful movement, body mechanics, and fitness for life.
Masks mandatory.

*If any particular class needs to be held virtually due to a continued surge in Covid, we will send out an invitation to a Zoom meeting that will begin at 3:30pm rather than the 2:30pm in-person meeting time, to all registered participants.
