.. we encourage you to just walk up and check availability during WOMEX as you might still have the chance to receive a free slot due to no-shows!

Please come at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session when we will start giving reserved slots away. There will be a WOMEX member in front of the Mentoring Space (Aaria) on Level 2, who will let you know if they can still add you to the attendees last minute.
