GroveYouth Re-Opening Survey
As GroveYouth plans to meet in-person again soon, we are asking leaders who are applying to be a part of GroveYouth this year for their thoughts on Covid-19 safety procedures. Please take a few moments to complete this survey to help us plan!

For the purpose of this survey, when we use the word “bubble” we are referring to a group of people who do not live together but have been interacting without physical distancing.

For questions with linear scale, here is what the numbers mean:
1 - Very Uncomfortable
2 - Somewhat Uncomfortable
3 - Neutral
4 - Somewhat Comfortable
5 - Very Comfortable
