Please be aware that elective placement is based upon state assessment (FAST) scores and availability of seats. We will try to our best to place students into their 1st and 2nd elective choice, but an alternative option may be necessary.

Our Middle School schedule is set on a 7 period day for the 2023-2024. Required Courses: Recommendations from teachers and prior FAST/FSA scores are used to determine specific placement. The following courses are required for all students at Explorer K-8: English Language Arts (ELA), Math,  Science, Social Studies, and PE.

*Intensive Reading (FAST Level 1 and 2) and/or *Intensive Math (FAST Level 1) (Placement in these classes will be guided by state/district direction as we prepare for the 2023-2024 school year)
