Witaj! Dotarłeś do formularza zgłoszeniowego Konglomeratu.

Konglomerat jest zrzeszeniem Frakcji i Grup - każdy Konglomerat musi zawierać przynajmniej jedną Frakcję i składać się z minimum dwóch ekip. Rejestracja odbywa się po wypełnieniu zgłoszenia przez wszystkie wchodzące w skład Konglomeratu ekipy.
Konglomerat wyznacza swojego (głównego) koordynatora. Ten, musi wziąć na barki zgranie wszystkich ekip do niego należących i ściśle współpracować z organizatorami OT zarówno w tematach czysto organizacyjnych, jak i fabularnych.
Zgłoszenie się jako Konglomerat da Wam możliwość kontaktu z organizatorami poprzez dedykowany kanał na Facebook’u. Tam, oprócz informacji dotyczących zagospodarowania terenu czy harmonogramu prac budowlanych, będzie możliwość zamawiania  różnego rodzaju materiałów (np. drewno prosto z tartaku), które zostaną Wam dostarczone prosto na miejsce imprezy.
Organizatorzy zapewnią wsparcie materiałowe (głównie drewno budowlane, materiały mocujące itp.) i przyłącze elektryczne dla Konglomeratów na cel budowy ogólnodostępnej dla wszystkich uczestników eventu przestrzeni. Do dyspozycji Konglomeratu będzie przyłącze o mocy 1kW z możliwością rozbudowy o dodatkową moc.
Co więcej, każdy Konglomerat będzie miał wyznaczonego organizatora do pomocy merytorycznej  w ciągu sezonu oraz do bezpośredniego kontaktu w trakcie  imprezy.
Koordynatorzy Konglomeratów będą zapraszani na specjalne spotkania dotyczące tworzenia fabuły gry, które odbywać się będą w ciągu roku. W ramach spotkań omawiane będą rozwiązania fabularne oraz organizacyjne związane z przebiegiem larpa.

Zgłaszajcie się jak najszybciej. Organizatorzy odpowiedzą na każde zgłoszenie wysłane do dnia 31.03.2019. Nie jesteśmy w stanie niestety  zagwarantować tego w przypadku zgłoszeń wysłanych po tym terminie.
Koniecznie sprawdźcie też galerie zdjęć z poprzednich edycji, aby zaczerpnąć inspiracji. I pamiętajcie, że po imprezie będziemy wymagać od Was posprzątania swojego terenu (rozbiórka zabudowy, wyniesienie śmieci itd.).

Wiemy ile pracy wymaga skoordynowanie dużej ekipy, więc jeżeli zgłoszenie zostanie zaakceptowane Wasz koordynator otrzyma wejściówkę za darmo.

Welcome! You’ve arrived at the Conglomerate registration form.
A Conglomerate is a union of Factions and Groups - every Conglomerate must consist of at least one Faction and of minimum two crews. The registration can be made after a successful registration of all crews a Conglomerate will consist of.
The Conglomerate designates its main coordinator. This person will be required to coordinate all the crews within the conglomerate and cooperate closely with the OT organisers in regards of both plot and strictly organisational matters.
Registering as a Faction gives you the opportunity to contact the organizers through a dedicated Facebook channel, granting you access to the information about land management, construction work schedule and the possibility to order construction materials (such as lumber mill wood) which will then be delivered to you directly at OldTown.
The organisers will provide support regarding materials (mainly construction wood, stabilizing materials etc.) and the electrical power connection to the Conglomerates in order to facilitate their construction of a public space to be used by all the event members. The Conglomerate will have a 1kW power connection at their disposal, with the possibility to expand for more power.
Moreover, each Conglomerate will have a designated organiser to provide meritorical help throughout the season and for direct contact during the event.
Faction coordinators will be invited to special meetings to discuss the game plot which will take place throughout the year. During these meetings we will discuss the plot & organisational issues regarding the LARP.
Submit your registration forms as soon as you can. The organisers will reply to every registration form submitted until 31.03.2019. We however cannot guarantee the same level of responsiveness for any submissions made after this date.

We strongly advise you to check the photo galleries from previous years for inspiration. Please also remember that after OldTown ends you will have to clean up your spot (deconstruct your constructions, gather and take out the garbage, etc.).

We know how much work and effort coordinating a large, 20-people strong crew requires, so if your submission will be accepted, your coordinator will receive a free admission.
