How the heck did that great Dutch oven dish get made? 
What in the world is foil pouch cooking? 
How do they eat spending a week in the backcountry? 
What if you don't want to wait that long for a dinner out doors? 

If you want to know the answer to these questions and more, join Mark and friends on a Saturday between March and June from Noon to 5pm at a park to be determined. He will be making various dishes he enjoys while being outside. When the various dishes are complete, they can be sampled by all. If weather is inclement, it will be postponed until March 4. At least two gluten free dishes and two vegetarian dishes will be included. Suggested donation $25 per person over 18.  Eighteen and under are free.
