Inheritance is the 4th novel (but can be read as a stand-alone) in my Deadly Curiosities series, written under my Gail Z Martin name. It’s urban fantasy, not romance, although people do have relationships. The main character isn’t gay, but an essential secondary character who plays a big role in the book is, and this is the book where he and Anthony get engaged. Not only that, but Simon and Vic from Badlands show up to help with the Big Bad (Simon is Cassidy’s cousin), and all the guys from my Morgan Brice series have plot-centric cameo appearances (Erik and Ben from Treasure Trail, as well as Seth and Evan from Witchbane). Also, the next Witchbane book (Unholy) will be set in Charleston with a major cross-over with Cassidy, Teag and their allies, and the guy that Seth and Evan are protecting from the witch-disciple ends up in a romantic relationship with a character introduced in Inheritance.
