I'm a fan of all the food groups! I believe in eating from all foods groups in order to create a sustainable weight loss journey.

If you're willing to put in some hard work with consistency then you may be my ideal client! While I'm just a text away, it does take internal motivation from you since I am not there in person. I will educate you and will be your biggest cheerleader but you have to summon the mental, physical, and emotional strength to do the work. You will get out of this what you put into it and I will always meet you where you are.
