Erasmus+ project "It's My Life!" in Poland, Leszno
Come with us for the "It's My Life!" youth exchange, which will take place on 11th-19th August 2021 in Poland, Leszno. Signing up is possible until June 16, 2021, then we choose, according to the answers, those of you for whom the project will have the biggest impact. Do not be afraid, novices have priority ;-) The stay is fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

Answers should be based on the project topic: The YOUTH EXCHANGE "It's my Life!" aims at developing young people's self-awareness of well-being, i.e. physical health and mental resilience. The exchange will be attended by 24 participants aged 17-27 and 6 leaders - over 21 years old, from 6 different partner countries: Poland, Spain, France, Italy, Malta and the Czech Republic. During 7 days of mobility, young people will actively participate in a series of workshops developing competencies important for maintaining the physical condition and mental health, i.e. body, mind, environment and relations with other people. They will share their knowledge and skills not only with each other but also with others, during Youth Festival at Górznickie Lake, through the Instagram portal or before the implementation of local activities.
