If you would like to be a PTO Member, support the PTO and everything it does for the school and the teachers, receive discounts to all PTO sponsored events and be in the Directory, please fill out your child's name, teacher and email below. Only ONE form needs to be completed per family. You can also be a member of the PTO and chose to not be included in the live Directory.
Cost for Membership is $15. PayPal is available! You will be directed to the PayPal payment link at the end of the form. If you do not have access to PayPal, please send a check in to school or mail a check to the attention of Van Holten PTO Membership with your child's name and teacher included with the check to Van Holten School. The School address is 360 Van Holten Rd Bridgewater NJ 08807.
***PTO events will include a participation fee. All PTO members will receive a discounted participation rate for these events.
An email will be sent to you once payment is received and recorded. This email will ask you to complete all directory questions and upon completion, a link to the directory will be provided. Thank you.
