This form should be filled out and submitted by parents interested in chaperoning the 8th grade field trip to Chattanooga, TN, from March 31 - April 1, 2020. Students can sign up and provide a down payment for the field trip from now until September 13, 2019. After the deadline has passed and we've determined the number of students going, we will decide how many chaperones are needed for the trip. We will then conduct a lottery (using this form) to choose chaperones. Chaperones will be contacted in early October to make sure they are still interested and able to go on the field trip. All chaperones will be required to pass a GCSD Level II Volunteer background check.

The prices for adults are as follows:
$389-Double Rate (2 adults per room)
$479-Single Rate (1 adult per room)
