MIDDLE SCHOOL SHOW CHOIR INVITATIONAL-GR. LEVELS 6, 7, & 8th GRADE - ($275)
The show choir competition for middle/junior high schools will be held on Friday, February 9th. Vocal and visual judges as well as clinicians will score and work with your group to encourage the educational experience. Awards will be presented at the end of the event. The competition will be held in our high school auditorium with full lighting, staging and a great staff of students and parents. If you could, please forward this information on to the appropriate director(s) it would be greatly appreciated.
HIGH SCHOOL SHOW CHOIRS - PREP CLASS - ($325)Prep class groups are for those schools with a more inexperienced choir, treble choir, or bass choir. Top scoring prep class group will be eligible to perform in the finals competition as an exhibition performance. Individuals are eligible for outstanding soloist within a choir, outstanding show band and outstanding stage crew.
HIGH SCHOOL SHOW CHOIRS - OPEN CLASS - ($325)
Open class groups are your school's top show choirs. The top six groups from the day’s competition will compete again in the evening sing off. Individuals are eligible for outstanding soloist within a group, outstanding show band, outstanding stage crew, outstanding vocal ensemble and outstanding choreography.
SOLO/DUET COMPETITION - ($25 per entry)
We offer a separate solo/duet competition. Students will have the opportunity to perform a selection of their choice followed by a short one-on-one with the adjudicator following their performance. The top three scoring solo/duets will be selected to perform at the beginning of the finals round in the evening.
