Please complete this form to book a place for a swimming trial at Park Road or at The Mallinson Centre.
Once you have completed this form you will receive an email straight away (a google receipt) please check your junk/spam folder.
That is your booking confirmation, we do not send other written confirmations.
On the day booked, swimmers should be ready on poolside for the start of their trial and are expected to swim the full hour.
After the trial an email with feedback and info on how to join the club/next steps will be sent from ha.members@gmail.com, please allow up to a week for written feedback.
