This form is to express your organization's interest in taking on a placement from the Canada Life Young Leaders program. A "Young Leader" (aged 18-29) will be matched with your organization to serve as an ex-officio board member. The program is an excellent way to gain access to new perspectives, access new communities, and create space for young leaders to learn about the nonprofit sector and develop their leadership skills.

Typically the placement period lasts from September-April, but you are free to extend this or ratify them as a voting member at any time. Please note that making a match that fits well for your organization may take some time, but we aim to have everyone placed through October.

Please fill out this form to indicate your interest by October 31st at the latest - not that the sooner you apply, the quicker we can get a young leader placed with you. We'll follow up on details around the matching and placement process as we finish recruiting Young Leaders.
