Due to volume of applicants, once your application has been submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for a response.  Once approved, you will receive an invoice and vendor contract.  Payment is due within 7 days. If payment is not received by the deadline, your application will be removed. *
*** Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 90 days' prior to the event date in order to be eligible for a refund, minus a 4% processing fee. Refunds will not be considered for any reason should 90 days' notice not be given.
