SKIPPER: I give Shore Thing and parties designated by Shore Thing, including clients, licensees and purchasers the right to use my photographs and videos of me for purposes of advertising, trade, display, exhibitions, social media or editorial use. Shore Thing/Hobie Centre and any other party involved in the organization will accept no liability for any personal or material damage sustained prior to, during or after the event. Participants take part entirely at their own risk. I know the risk of danger to myself and my property while participating in the event and while upon the event premises, relying upon my own judgement and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organisations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence. The organising authority will not accept any liability for material damage, personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after the event. By agreeing below I acknowledge that I have read and understood this document and accept it's terms and agreements. *
