All films regardless of category are due no later than August 10th. No exceptions.

We ask that you please ensure your film is ready for exhibition before sending. Sidewalk will make every attempt to thoroughly tech-check each film, but this being done prior to sending greatly expedites our process.

SHORTS:
For your security, this form will not directly ask for links or passwords.

You can either provide a secure downloadable LINK and password (if applicable) to filmtraffic@sidewalkfest.com, or upload your film file to Sidewalk's Dropbox here:

Files from services such as Vimeo, Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc. are strongly encouraged. Make sure you send a direct, downloadable link to your film. Please include the name of your short in the email, especially if it's not in the filename. *If you are using Vimeo, please be sure to enable the option to allow downloading.*

***A limited number of our screening venues are equipped for DCP playback. In the event that your short film is scheduled in one of these venues, Sidewalk will create a DCP from your digital file using our own in-house equipment.***

Downloadable links are required for short films. We are no longer accepting physical media for short films. If physical media for a short film is sent, we cannot guarantee its return.

Please eliminate all pre-roll, bars, and tone.

FEATURES:

As there is a chance your feature will be programmed in a venue that is not equipped for DCP playback, we ask that you please send a direct downloadable digital file or, if needed, a Blu-ray disc. A digital file is strongly preferred. If your film is booked as DCP-only through a distributor, we will be in touch with server info if we have not already. Files should be sent via the same method listed above, or uploaded to Sidewalk's Dropbox via the same link above.
