We know that travel planning can be overwhelming and we are here to help. If you didn't find the option you are looking for on our website or you prefer to talk to someone, we will be pleased to assist.

Kindly note the process of online consultation will be as follows:
- You fill below form so we get an idea on what you have in mind
- We will contact you by email for suggested time for online video session
- Once agreed on the time, an online payment link will be sent to prepay the amount of the equivalent of 20$ (USD) (14% Vat & online payment fees to be added)
- After payment is done, we will send you the link of the Zoom meeting on the day of the session

You are not obliged to book any tours with us in order to get the consultation. They are 2 separate services.

Few notes to keep in mind:
- The paid amount is non-refundable
- The fees is only consultation per 1 session
- The amount is different from tour fees (It's not related and not to be deducted from tour fees)
- The consultation session duration is between 15 minutes to 45 minutes
- One summary email will be sent by WLE after the session
- If you need more than one session, we will be pleased to help (A new session fees apply each time)
- We don't do Nile cruises (and we do not recommend any for slow paced experiences)
- Our expertise area is Cairo, day tours from Cairo (Mainly cultural tourism related)
- We can give you advise on Luxor & Aswan, if you will be staying in hotels

The online session can be video or audio as per your preference.
