Please use this form if you will be submitting a donation in honor or memorial of an individual or group. The Chester County Library accepts monetary donations in memory or honor of someone. Once funds are received, the Chester County Library will purchase items, place a memorial/honor sticker inside the materials and send out acknowledgements. We thank you for your support.
