This award recognizes a business who has repeatedly gone beyond the standard obligations in their industry and contributed significantly to the local business community with a selfless spirit of service. Please explain how this business has enhanced the quality of life and made extraordinary contribution to the community. Applicant should be an ideal model for other professionals with a history of contributions to the community. They should have achieved a high level of success and respect in their industry and demonstrated business leadership for a significant number of years. Due to the nature of this award, previous winners will not be considered. (Explanation of achievements required)

No late submissions will be accepted as ample time is needed to go over all nomination forms, put together biographies of winners and personalize the awards. Please submit your nominations early!
