Summer Driver Education Application
We are ONLY accepting IN-DISTRICT students this summer.  Also, students must be 15 before July 31, 2024.  The class will meet at Illini Bluffs HS 8:00 am to 10:00 am Monday through Friday from June 10 to June 28.  Behind-the-wheel will be completed during the school year.

Please keep in mind that the summer program operates at an accelerated pace, so it may not be the best option for all students.  The summer program consists of exactly 30 hours of instruction. State law requires students to be in attendance for 30 hours, so students are not allowed to miss any days of class. Failure to complete all 30 hours will result in failure of the course.

It is necessary to pay the course fee of $200 by May 31, 2024.  Please make checks payable to IBHS.  Payment may be mailed or dropped off at the high school office.   Refunds will NOT be granted for dropping the class after the first two days of class or failing the class for any reason.  In addition to the course fee, be aware that when the students get their learner’s permit, they will need to pay $20.00 to the SEC OF STATE at that time.
