Due to new state government health recommendations* for community sports, participants should only participate in activity within their local swimming association area.

This form is for participants who have registered for a Swim League event that is outside of their local swimming association area.

For example - you live in Manly and have registered for the Coast and Valley event in Warner's Bay. This would not be allowed under the current recommendations.

If there is a alternative local event, you can transfer into that event. If not, then we can arrange refund or credit.
