30 year old female, brought in by EMS, for bicycle accident. Patient was found at a nearby state park. Someone saw a car came around the corner, hit the patient, and threw her off the bike. There was a broken helmet nearby. Patient arrives with backboard and collar. Appears anxious and uncomfortable, tachypneic, speaking in short sentences.
