A CyberDefenders Community Builder is responsible for providing support and guidance to CyberDefenders students/users via Discord and support email. Duties include supporting various project assignments such as community management, lab testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
-Engage, collaborate, and help CyberDefenders students and users on Discord.
-Proactively look for ways to scale, streamline and improve business processes.
-Participating in projects such as new course reviews, test lab machines, implementation of new tools and systems, etc.
-Create and maintain department document guidelines, procedures, and processes.
-Ensures daily tasks and ongoing student support are completed timely and satisfactory.
-Assisting other team members as needed.

Qualifications:
-Fluency in reading, writing, and comprehension of English is a must.
-Solid DFIR and BlueTeam skills.
-Familiarity with CyberDefenders platform. You are a CyberDefenders user and have completed a range of challenges.
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and investigation skills
-Ability to work unsupervised (very important).
-Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills
-A strong belief and understanding of being a team player in a remote working environment.

Nice to have:
-Prior teaching and mentoring.
-Prior community management experience.
-Prior experience working remotely.
-Prior experience working with user-facing roles.
