SCCPTA -  PTA/PTSA of the Month
The primary purpose of this monthly award is to recognize outstanding PTA/PTSAs conducting work that successfully engage families, educators & our community; and that promote & advocate for the well being of all children.

If you are part of a PTA/PTSA, or know of a PTA/PTSA that is doing amazing things, please share it with us! We will select one PTA/PTSA each month to recognize on the SCCPTA Facebook Page and SCCPTA quarterly newsletter.  The winner will also be recognized at the SCCPTA annual awards breakfast.

The process is simple, just fill out the recognition form below.  Applications must be submitted by the 15th of each month for consideration at the next month's board meeting. Monthly winners will be notified once a decision is made.

Describe how the project/program benefited the students, parents, staff and community.
Describe how the project/program included and met the goals, objectives and mission statement of PTA.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
