This is to be used for Move-Ins, Move-Outs, Freight.

If you are moving heavy items you can reserve the freight elevator through the management office with a $200 refundable security deposit. Your deposit will be returned after a damage free inspection. Check in at the management office located on the lobby level at the start of your reservation. The elevator will be locked off for your private use. Check in again at the management office when finished to request an inspection and the return of your deposit.

Elevator pads must be used and please be sure to reinforce with the moving company or delivery company that the elevators have a 2000 lbs. capacity and damage to the stainless steel costs at least $1000.
