The series will be geared towards veteran installers. Topics will include advanced troubleshooting techniques, most common calls/resolutions, “behind the scenes” peek at firmware functionality,  any recent changes (flashing/web/core), etc. The advanced trainings will occur each month and the topics/content will change to keep it interesting and relevant for those veteran installers.
