This form is to register your child(ren) for private swim lessons for the 2021 season. Registration forms must be received by the Thursday prior to the lesson starting.

Schedule:
- Session 1: July 5-9
- Session 2: July 12-16
- Session 3: July 19-23
- Session 4: July 26-30
- Session 5: Aug 2-6
- Session 6: Aug 9-13
- Session 7: Aug 16-20
- Session 8: Aug 23-27

Private Swim Lesson Fees (per session of 5 lessons): Members: $28/child per 30 mins session. Buy 5 lessons or more $17/child per 30 mins session. Non-members $40/child per 30 minute session.

Semi-private lessons: Must enroll at least 2 children. Members: $17/child per 30 mins session. Buy 5 lessons or more $11/child per 30 mins session. Non-members $30/child per 30 minute session.


Details:
- Duration of each lesson is 30 minutes.
- Lessons will be limited to 4-5 children per lesson so that everyone can maintain the 6 feet physical distance.
- Preschool- 4 year old will require a parent in the water with the child.
- Lifeguards will remain on the deck for all lessons and maintain the 6 feet physical distance.
- All swim lessons questions can be directed to the head lifeguard by emailing bnhalifeguard@gmail.com.

Payments:
Payment MUST be received NO LATER than Wednesday before lesson start date. E-transfer is the preferred method of payment. Payments can be made by cheque delivered to 326 Beechlawn Drive mailbox/guard office OR by e-transfer to membership@beechwoodnorth.com.
