Pre-Registration for Beaumont Youth Soccer Club (BYSC ELITE) Competitive Tryouts, Fall 2020
This form will allow us to prepare for the tryouts which are expected to begin the week of Monday June 1, 2020, subject of course to official guidelines as applicable.  Completing this form is not a commitment to attend, nor to accept a spot on a team if offered.  However, it will speed up the paperwork process and will be greatly appreciated by all who are involved in conducting the tryouts!

We will use the information on this form to keep in touch with everyone as plans firm up.
