1. Complete the application information for each vehicle you may be driving to school during the school year.

NOTE: There are "sections" on this form to fill out for up to (3) vehicles. If you do not intend to use that

many vehicles, please complete information for the one or two vehicles you will use, and scroll through to

the next section until you receive a confirmation that your form has been submitted. Otherwise, your

submission will not be complete.

2. After submitting this Student Parking Tag Application online, please mail a check for $20 made out to
Parkland High School (with "Parking Tag" + "Student's ID #" clearly printed in the memo line) anytime
throughout the school year to: Parkland High School, Attn: Mrs. McLeod, 2700 N. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, PA, 18104 OR Student may deposit the envelope in the designated drop box on the lobby wall outside the Main Office once school starts.

*** All full-day LCTI students may stop in the back of the Main Office to see Mrs. McLeod in order to obtain a parking tag.

3. Please Note: The operation of model planes, motorcycles, mini-bikes, karts, snowmobiles, or any other
unlicensed vehicles is prohibited on any Parkland School District property.

4. Note: Students are expected to park their vehicles in School Parking Lots A and B ONLY during the school

day. Students are not permitted to visit their vehicles unescorted during the school day.

5. No weapons of any kind are permitted in a student's car while on school property, or while the student is coming to or from school or any school-sponsored activity. Weapons include, but are not limited to, any knife, cutting instrument, cutting tool, nunchaku stick, brass or metal knuckles, firearm, shotgun, rifle, bb or pellet gun, look-alike gun, chemical agent, explosive device and/or any other tool, instrument or implement that is not a firearm, which impels a pellet of any kind. School officials are authorized to search a motor

vehicle parked on school property when there is reasonable suspicion that the student is violating the law,

Board policy or school rules, or poses a threat to the student or the school population.

6. If any of your vehicle information changes during the school year (for example: new vehicle, no longer drive the vehicle, new license plate number, new paint color), you must provide those changes to Mrs.
McLeod in the Main Office (e-mail: mcleodj@parklandsd.net).

7. Student parking tags will be available for distribution starting August 28, 2023. Tags will be distributed in

the student's regularly scheduled English class within approximately 3 - 5 school days after payment is

received. Students may drive to school without a parking tag during the first 2 - 3 weeks of school while

parking tags are being issued.
