Thanks for taking the time to fill out the important information here as you register your child for the Forest Hills Jewish Center Religious School.  

There are TWO PARTS to enroll your child for Religious School.

1. Complete the ONLINE Registration Form below
2. Submit Payment by printing, completing and returning the Tuition Contract: https://tinyurl.com/bsprnatz,

And Either:
A) Pay the deposit of $250 per child at https://www.fhjc.org/education/religious-school/registration/
and pay the balance of tuition at a later date
OR
B) Pay the full tuition and/or fees (including deposit) now by filling out the Tuition Contract, https://tinyurl.com/bsprnatz,  and returning to Laurie Worthman, Office Manager

**For Kindergarten and First Grade, to enroll
1. Complete this ONLINE Registration Form below
2.  Pay all fees now by filling out the Tuition Contract, https://tinyurl.com/bsprnatz,  and returning to Laurie Worthman, Office Manager

You will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your Registration Form.
