1. GENERAL RULES
● You must be 18+ in order to commission me.
● Read the T.O.S. before commissioning me. By working with me, you agree to all of the terms listed.
● I reserve the right to turn down a commission.
● Payment is up front, through PayPal. No E-checks, USD only, and an invoice will be sent which must be paid within 24 hours. Please have payment ready at the time of purchase.
● Commissions are for personal use ONLY. Certain rules and restrictions apply for merchandising, please contact me for negotiations.
● I do not always work in order. If you need a piece by a certain date, please tell me ahead of time and I can accommodate you.
● I require at least 1 flat color, clearly visible reference in order to accept your commission. I have denied commissions in the past because I wasn't provided with good materials.
● Written proof is needed for gifts. Send me a screenshot with the party member(s) involved clearly granting permission to you (the client) to use their character.
2. DO'S & DON'TS**NOTE: I will only draw what I am comfortable with drawing. Please refer to my gallery for examples of my art and style.
Loves to Draw:
• Plus size characters
• Pinups, scenes, activities
• Pregnancy
• F/F relationships
• Jewelry, lingerie, and props
Will Draw:
• Male presenting characters
• Muscles
• Some fetishes (ask if unsure, no judgement)
• Artistic Liberty
• Sex toys, in heat, nudity, etc.
I Will NOT Draw:
• Racist/Transphobic Imagery
• Characters with Transphobic Labels Such as: H*rm, fut@, cb0y, dg1rl, shem@le, etc.
• Underage Characters
• Graphic/Disturbing imagery
• Taurs (chakats) or Feral animals
• Blueberry OCs
• Fully Robotic Characters
• In the style of another genre such as Anime or MLP
• Chaotic Character designs
Please feel free to inquire about certain themes or topics that you are unsure about! No judgement!
3. THE ART PROCESS:
● After payment as been received, I will begin sketching your commission when it is your turn.
● You will always receive a WIP (Work in Progress) preview of your piece before I continue to the next step.
● During the sketch phase, you may request as many big changes as you'd like. Whatever it takes to get it right.
● Once the sketch has been approved, I will begin coloring and lining your commission.
● You will not receive any more WIPs for the piece until it is finished
● When finished, I will ask if you need or want any last minute adjustments, usually for colors or small details.
● If I forgot something, LET ME KNOW! I will fix it free of charge. I forget things sometimes ^^;
● Any huge changes that need to be made to the piece will be charged for the amount of time it takes to fix.
4. REFUNDS:
● If a piece is not to your satisfaction after it has been completed, I will not issue a refund.
( It is your responsibility to communicate any problems with your piece during the sketching phase. )
● Refunds can be discussed if I haven't started on your piece yet.
● In-stream commissions are non-refundable, period.
5. CREDITING & REPOSTING:
● ALL ART THAT I CREATE MUST BE CREDITED TO ME WITH A LINK TO ANY OF MY ACCEPTED SOCIAL MEDIA. (Twitter, FA, or otherwise)
● I reserve the right to post the high resolution finished work to my Patreon.
● I reserve the right to publicly display, advertise, post, or not post, all of the art I create.
● I reserve the right to use any artwork I create, including commissions, for commercial purposes such as merchandise, although I will still ask permission.
● If you wish to keep a commission private, and not posted publicly on any of my social media or used for commercial purposes, I will charge an extra 30% on top of the total cost of the commission. I use commissions to promote my work, and removing that removes my ability to reach new clients, support myself day to day, and grow as an artist.
● I have absolutely no problem with art re-posted to your page if you were the one who commissioned the piece or you own the character.
● Once you receive your commission, you can post it at any time. You do not need to wait for me, although I do appreciate it.
● If I have designed a character for you, you MUST credit me as a designer wherever the reference sheet is posted.
