A. On the day – Participants are required to bring:
- Enclosed shoes appropriate for a wide range of activities
- Appropriate comfortable clothing suitable for activities and weather conditions
- Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a refillable water bottle.
- Any medicines or medical equipment required (see medical notes below)
- Sun hat and sunscreen
B. Medical – medication, general hygiene, emergencies
- Staff will contact parents/carers if a participant becomes ill or displays cold or flu-like symptoms, and discuss appropriate action in accordance with current COVID-19 government protocol.
C. Booking and enrolment process
- Full payment is required upon booking
D. Signing in and out
- All participants must be signed in and out of the program each day.
- The participants’ parents or guardians must pick and drop the participants on time.
E. Program code of conduct
- All participants must follow the rules set by the Centre during the program. Safety is always our priority
- If a participant is displaying behaviour that is not safe and appropriate for the program and the other participants, staff will contact the parent/carer and discuss appropriate action.
- If more appropriate behaviour is not displayed and this affects the safety of other participants, the child’s enrolment will be cancelled for the remainder of the program and days enrolled.
F. Session cancellations
- All bookings are non – refundable, including change of mind or days.
G. Risk
- Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, Hanwoori/ICA is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any person as a result of that person's participation in the holiday program
F. Programs
- (Film study): We'll be viewing age-appropriate PG-rated films at our movie theatre.
- (Music): student can bring their own guitar if they have one
