An Action Team Kickoff event is scheduled for Monday, March 7 from 3:30 - 5:00 PM at Colonial Heights High School - Media Center.

The strategies below were set by our Strategic Planning Team. We will form one Action Team per category.

Academic Performance
 - Engage students in relevant learning and real-life activities and experiences.
- Enable students to develop the life-ready skills to become a thoughtful reader, an effective writer, a critical thinker, and a creative problem solver.

Community Partners
- Provide external educational and networking opportunities through school and community partnerships.

Technology
- Train students in the latest technologies, so an individual is properly prepared for the future.
- Teach students how to safely and responsibly navigate current and emerging technologies.

Well-being
- Ensure that students are physically and emotionally safe within the school community so that the individual is empowered to be engaged in academic and social learning.

Human Resources/Operations
- Provide safe, equitable, and modern facilities.
- Attract and retain highly qualified and diverse staff who are supported and trained directly in student success and achievement.
